Duran, Paris (2009)
On Underworld my main task was to create the CG model of the werewolf. I’ve been provided with some 3d scans of the real body suit, the prosthetic head scans and a lot of photos references. The base model has been executed in Maya and then detailled in ZBrush.
I also produced a basic set of faceshapes for the creature.
In addition I was also tasked of some environment work. The main part was to create digital rocks and cliffs for the cave shots. A mixture of photoscans and hand modelling were used.
